Your current job:

I work in a school system as a school social worker.

When/why did you decide to learn coaching?

I decided I’d had enough right before I took the course; however, I still am working at this job.

What skills now benefit you and/or your company?

I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the coaching does complement this part-time practice. I find that sometimes that is not an advantage, since some clients call and realize that coaching is out of pocket, and counseling/therapy is covered by insurance. Therefore, they switch to therapy and try to get the insurance companies to cover them.
