When/why did you decide to learn coaching?
When I decided to leave my job (and a long miserable commute) and become self-employed working out of the home, I wanted to be less directive and more facilitative in my approach to working with clients.
What symptoms did you have that prompted this career change decision?
Frustration at not having more control over my income. Having to deal with client service issues that were related to the high fees charged that I didn't set or agree with.
What skills now benefit you and/or your company?
I feel much more confident in my ability to help people by coaching. I have also learned great marketing strategies to better plan, control and grow my business.

The powerful questions and empowering techniques I have learned as part of The Coaching Institute curriculum have impacted all facets of my life, improved my relationships with my family and friends, and enabled me to get information more quickly and efficiently.
